the First Millennium with the arrival of St Olaf
and his conversion of the Vikings to
Christianity.

The old stories of the practical jokes the
MacThoys were wont to play were twisted to
become a form of torment rather than
compliment.

brought to a close a unique time in
the saga of the MacThoys, one which has yet
to be repeated.
